LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES FOR THE SUPERVISOR

Prerequisite: Civilian supervisors
Course Description: Leadership Supervisory Strategies is a course designed to help supervisors develop into strong, effective leaders. The roles, duties, functions, and responsibilities of supervisors will be discussed. The course will also cover leadership styles, theories, and strategies.
Who Should Attend: Civilian supervisors who desire to develop their leadership skills.
Tuition/Registration Fees: Registration fees are due by the first day of class. If fees are not paid in full prior to completion of class, certificates and management training hours will not be issued unless payment is received.
- $75 - tuition only
- Meals can be purchased separately at $6.00 each
