FATALITY REPORT - ALL THREE VEHICLES WERE TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON WEST FLORISSANT AVENUE NORTH OF CANFIELD DRIVE. VEHICLE 1 WAS IN LANE 1. VEHICLES 2 AND 3 WERE BOTH IN LANE 2. DRIVER 1 MADE AN IMPROPER LANE CHANGE TO THE RIGHT. THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE 2 AND THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE 3. VEHICLE 1 THEN TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT, STRUCK A FENCE, AND A BUILDING. PASSENGER 3 (VEHICLE 1) FATALITY PRONOUNCED ON THE SCENE AT 2036 HOURS BY ST.
