THIRTEEN BEHAVIOURS OF A TRUSTWORTHY LEADER

Course Description: This 1-hour POST course is based on the extensive leadership research of Stephen Covey and is applicable to both sworn officers and civilian employees.

Individuals in leadership positions, whether officially designated or by unofficial initiative, must be trustworthy and capable of fostering mutual trust between people.  This is what separates a great leader from a good leader.  This class will enhance the participant’s leadership abilities and effectively make them High Trust Leaders who will have learned how to interact with others in ways that increase trust levels while avoiding the pitfalls that deplete trust.  The 13 Behaviors of High Trust Leaders can be learned and applied by any influencer at any level within any organization.  The net result will be a significantly increased ability to generate trust with all stakeholders in order to achieve better results.

Who Should Attend: Anyone interested in leadership skills.

Tuition/Registration Fees: Registration fees are due by the first day of class.  If fees are not paid in full prior to completion of class, certificates and continuing education hours will not be issued unless payment is received.
