Overview
The Missouri State Highway Patrol serves as the central repository for various
types of records created by the Agency as well as the Statutory "Central Repository" for
Criminal History Records. Please select the type of records you are requesting below
for additional information:
- Public Records
- Incident / Investigative / Arrest reports
- Radio tapes and logs (The Missouri State Highway Patrol does not maintain 911 call centers for 911 recordings)
- Certified records of releasable information
- Acceptance of Subpoena Duces Tecum
- All other record types with the exception of accident reports and accident photos
Traffic Records- Traffic crash reports
- Traffic crash reconstruction report
- Traffic crash report photographs
Background Checks- Criminal history record reviews
- Employer or licensing background checks
- Clearance letters (local/national) including adoptions
